What the statuses mean
- Pending payment: payment has not been completed.
- On hold: the order is awaiting a payment or manual check.
- Processing: the order is being prepared; this does not mean it has shipped.
- Completed: the store has marked fulfillment complete. Check your shipment update for delivery details.
- Cancelled or refunded: check the email update, or contact us for clarification.
