1. Shopping with us

These terms govern purchases from and use of the Snubbed by Society online store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Snubbed by Society. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the terms of your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be an adult legally able to enter into a purchase, or shop with a parent or guardian who places the order. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

2. Our products

Our apparel is made after you order. Product listings identify the design, price, and available size choices. Images include digital garment mockups; placement and colors can vary with garment size, screen settings, and printing. These variations do not excuse a materially different, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.

These are casual shirts and hats, not helmets, protective riding equipment, or safety-rated clothing. Any vehicle references describe design inspiration and do not imply sponsorship by or affiliation with a vehicle manufacturer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The order summary shows item prices, discounts, shipping, and any applicable tax before payment. The payment methods offered at checkout are the available methods for that order. We do not collect card numbers through our contact form.

A submitted order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt; it does not mean that an item has shipped. We may decline an order for an unavailable item, a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount. We will not change an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

4. Production, shipping, and delays

Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Please review the Shipping Policy and any item-specific estimate before ordering. We will contact you if we cannot ship within the promised period, or within 30 days if no period was stated, to offer a revised shipment date and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain any consent to a delay required by law.

5. Cancellations, returns, and problems

Request a cancellation or address change through Customer Care as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order before production starts. Once production or shipping has begun, a change may not be possible; eligible items can still be returned under our 14-day return policy. Separate rights relating to delayed, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders remain in place.

6. Website content and acceptable use

The Snubbed by Society name, artwork, and site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission from the applicable rights holder. You may use the site to browse, shop, and contact us. Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access someone else’s information. If you submit a product review, it must reflect your own experience; do not include private information about another person.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, refund right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. We do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in an appropriate court. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. The terms presented when you order apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change. Contact us through Customer Care with questions about these terms or a purchase. Include your order number if you have one.
