Are the items made after I order?
Yes. Our apparel is printed or decorated after your order is placed. Production is separate from carrier transit. Check the Shipping Policy and contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive event.
Is U.S. shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order, across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I return my order?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible unworn, unwashed items. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover appropriate return costs for defective or incorrect items. Read the full return policy.
How do I choose a size?
Adult tees are available in S–2XL; youth tees in XS–XL. Hats have an adjustable adult fit. Collection names identify artwork, not a particular garment cut. Read Sizing & Care or ask us about the item before ordering.
Where is my order?
Use your order number and billing email on the Order Status page. A processing status means preparation is underway; it does not mean the order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We can cancel before production begins; later changes may not be possible. Eligible returns and delayed-shipment rights still apply.
What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Tell Customer Care what happened. Include your order number and keep the packaging. We will investigate a missing shipment or arrange an appropriate solution for an incorrect or defective item.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you can use it to review orders and manage saved details.
What do product images show?
Product images include digital garment mockups showing the design and intended placement. Print scale and color can vary by size and screen. The apparel is casual clothing, not protective riding equipment.
How do saved designs work?
In the lookbook, save a design to this browser. You can remove saved favorites through Privacy Choices.
